This video is a time lapse of a modular home being assembled.
This particular home is Energy Star qualified and located in Maryland.
In all, there were 4 modules assembled by a 12-man crew.
This is an Energy Star 2980SF Colonial two-story home and took 13 hours to build.
Modular homes, such as the one in this video, are easy to assemble and can be built much faster than traditional homes.
They are built offsite, typically in a factory, which allows them to be constructed without the threat of bad weather.
Once the various parts have been built, they are shipped to the building site and then assembled.
