People are marvelling at one of China’s latest construction projects. A prefabricated, 30 story hotel (T30 Hotel) was constructed by Broad Sustainable Building, a company that specializes in prefabricated buildings, in only 15 days.

The majority of the building, roughly 90%, was made from parts that were pre-assembled. As mentioned above, the entire building was constructed in only 15 days, an unheard amount of time for a building of this size.

The T30 Hotel was not only built quickly, but to built to last and withstand inclement weather. It can withstand a 9.0 magnitude earthquake. The hotel is also energy efficient and has a fantastic air purification system. The air circulating in the building is 20-times cleaner then the air outdoors.
